KnowledgeLondon is all about helping Knowledge Transfer practitioners share good practice to improve their professional skills. We'll be working closely with national initiatives to make sure that the views of London's knowledge transfer community are reflected and supported with relevant activities.
Nationally, HEFCE and OSI have sponsored a good practice programme to gather and disseminate examples of good practice from HEIs around the country. See http://www.kegoodpractice.org/ for more details.

The Heritage2Health concept links knowledge base organisations with their local communities, thus ‘building bridges’ between health and social care service providers and those who care for environments in a joint bid to enhance health and well-being.
